Something blue...

No, don't get excited. My friend and former officemate is getting married in August. In moving out of the office (and country), she left me with a giant trashbag filled with a half-made blue mohair/wool/acrylic blanket with the cutest triangle pattern (from what I understand, made by her mom; it remains unclear to me why it wasn't finished), sitting on size 15 knitting needles. She knows I like to knit, and so was just getting rid of the yarn by giving it to someone who might use it. But what she doesn't know is that Evil Twin and I are planning to finish the blanket and send it over as an early wedding present. Bwa ha ha!!

Somehow I doubt she'll wear it on the big day, though...

1.25 hours for me! Sadly, that's already more than 50% of what I got in the last 3 months...
